Default value defined in metric result is not populating on the questions in assessment popup.

Change Management - Risk Assessment provides a flexible way to capture information from the end user to calculate the risk of the associated change request.
The issue is the default value is not populated on the questions in assessment popup.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a change request.
2.Click on risk assessment.
3.Check the questions where default answers are not populated.

This is an expected behaviour when the data type defined in the metric questions are not matching.
The data type for field mentioned in default answer and the data type of metric questions are not same.

The data type for field mentioned in default answer is reference.
The data type for metric questions is string.
Two ways to resolve the issue:
One is to change the field in default answer.
Another part is to change the type of the field mentioned in default answer.

The reference data type for metric question doesnot have the option "default answer from field" in method field.
