Login to the instance2. In one browser impersonate as "HR admin"3. Open HR agent work space from application navigator4. Make your self available--5. In incognito browser login to the same instance6. Impersonate as "IT admin"7. Open Agent work space from Application navigator8. Make your self available----9. In another Browser ( Mozilla firefox)10. Login to the same instance11. Navigate to /esc portal12. Select chat in the header menu13. Initiate chat and connect to the live agent14. Chat acceptance will come to HR workspace and as a HR admin accept the chat15. Now click on Transfer icon from HR workspace and submit the chat to Agent chat Queue16. The chat will not be transferred and no acceptance pop up will not be initiate to Agent work space (IT agent)WorkaroundThis functionality is working as expected and has no workaround.Related Problem: PRB1446279
