Summary
In HR Agent Workspace the 'At a Glance' view does not have the user name details hyperlinked. This is expected behavior by design, for example, only the org info section's employee name will be redirected on click. The at-a-glance panel already shows plenty of employee information, so thee design has not taken into consideration any further need for the user to check on the HR Profile again.
