For custom Scoped App entitlement management, we have to follow the instructions listed on the below documentation.

ServiceNow application repository

The access to  https://apprepo.service-now.com as mentioned on the above documentation is different on SPP environment.

This is managed via appstoreapc.servicenowcloud.com.au on SPP AU which is the direct link to Store.

There are no separate login for SPP store. This is managed via SPP Support login.

Please check below KB for instructions on accessing SPP store.

Federal AppStore Login

To manage your custom app entitlements, please check the below screenshots.

  1. My App repository drop down from the Profile icon.
  2. This will list your custom app’s with respective versions and the drop down from the “Select Action” will allow you to manage the entitlement for that version.
